Organization

Since the past 20 years, we have been manufacturing formulations at our production facility located in Dehradun. We offer finished products in all dosage forms like tablets, capsules, liquid orals and powders to pharmaceutical companies. We offer contract manufacturing services at our facility. The formulations made by way of contract manufacturing are exported to regulated as well as semi regulated markets. Furthermore, we also offer services like formulation development and analytical development to our customers.

Infrastructure and Reach

Spread over an area of 40,000 sq. ft., our formulation manufacturing facility is WHO GMP certified and compliant with the guidelines under the new Schedule M of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology for manufacturing of formulations in various dosage forms. The equipments are automated so as to achieve high levels of productivity- approximately 2 million tablets, 40,000 bottles of oral liquid, 200,000 capsules and 60,000 powder sachets per shift. The entire facility is equipped with HVAC for maintenance of air quality.

Competence

Quality is ensured at every stage during the manufacturing and packaging process at our WHO GMP certified facility. All our operations are automated through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution ensuring compliance to regulatory standards as well as ease of documentation. For automating the laboratory specific operations and minimizing the chance for errors, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) has been implemented at our facility. Furthermore, we are well versed in offering products as per the required brand name and packaging.
