At our R&D centre, we offer process development services including activities like synthetic route scouting, feasibility study, experimental design, process development and optimization as well as technology transfer. We provide customized services for process development along with the advantage of customer confidentiality being secured with us. Apart from this, we offer FTE services for NCEs, APIs and intermediates to our clients by which they can address their project- specific needs in the most cost- efficient manner.

Facility and Infrastructure

At our state of the art facility located in Ahmedabad, we offer process research and development services as well as FTE services. The R&D centre is spread over an area of 2000 sq. ft. and the pilot plant over an area of 500 sq. ft. The pilot plant is equipped with 20 Litre, 50 Litre and 200 Litre glass assemblies with oil bath, reflux cum fractional distillation column facility, phase separator, liquid addition pot, solid charging facility, inert gas passing and gas purge facility. The QC & ADL laboratory is equipped with online HPLC/ GC support.

The development team utilizes a matrix combinatorial approach to optimize reaction conditions and processes for each step. Our team of highly knowledgeable scientists and researchers provides high quality services like Synthetic route scouting, Experimental design, Process development and optimization as well as technology transfer to the customers. We understand the importance of quality throughout the process development activity and hence we strive to achieve a six sigma level of quality in all the services we offer. FTE Services

Our domain of highly proficient FTE services comprises of synthesis on the basis of product/process details provided, available literature or schematic diagram for NCEs. For APIs and intermediates, activities including IP clearance, route of synthesis identification, final product specification as well as technology transfer are undertaken with utmost diligence. All our projects are monitored through Gantt charts ensuring timely and meticulous execution of every task in each project.
